If you’re located in a eligible state for our Daily Fantasy Sports product, but having continued difficulties verifying your location, we would recommend the following:
- Disconnect from Wifi/Cellular Data.
- Enable Location services on your device.
- For Android users 9 and below, set to “High Accuracy”
- For Android 10 and above, make sure Wi-Fi scanning is ON under the “Improve accuracy” menu
- iOS users should select the FanDuel app from the apps list selecting the option, “While using the app” and turn Precise Location ON.
- Try to position yourself around multiple WiFi networks to assist in establishing your location.
